SMOKED MEAT WITH ONIONS

DINNER AT HOME

Picked up some Smoked Meat from a co-worker who was selling it for $10 per bag.  Sautéed it up with some Onions in butter and served in a small cast iron pan on a bed of rice.  This meat is so delicious but after about three pieces the smokey flavor was a bit overwhelming.  The first few bites though are like eating candy.
